Florennes & Brussels – Friday 26th to Sunday 28th June 2026
Join us for a weekend trip to Belgium where the Belgian Air Force will be holding their Air Force Days at Florennes. This base has not held an open day since 2016 and gives a chance to see the based F-16s before they start to be replaced by the recently delivered F-35As, and hopefully take in a great flying display.

After landing at Brussels Airport during the evening of Friday 26th, we will overnight nearby. Early start on Saturday 27th, to get to Florennes to try and avoid the inevitable crowds, staying there for the majority of the flying display or until we are all happy to leave. We will then head back to Brussels Airport for our overnight stay.

Sunday 31st will see us visit the superb Royal Museum of the Armed Forces and Military History located in Brussels, home to around 90 aircraft. After this, we will head to Beauvechain to visit the 1 Wing Historical Centre where we hope to see another 24 aircraft. On both days, we will take in airfields and wrecks & relics that are within reach and if time allows. We finish at Brussels Airport and return back to Heathrow or Manchester in the evening.
