Perth – Tuesday 4th February 2020 (Mark Paulin)

Evening all,

Today has been blisteringly hot. The temperatures at 1430 today were 43c on my phone and 46c in the car!

A run over to Perth International for an SIA A359 resulted in these logged 1200 – 1430

9M-LCM B738 MXD

9V-SHD A359 SIA*

9V-SHF A359 SIA

9V-TRV A320 TGW

ZK-OKB B777 ANZ

ZK-TLJ B734F Toll

ZS-SXE A343 SAA

VP-CCY G650 (dep to HKG)

Today they have been landing 03 which is the 1st time since I arrived. This makes the viewing area a good option as they land and line up right in front of you. The TGW A320 certainly caused a lot of interest for the locals as normally the flight is a B788/9.

I have been here one day short of three weeks and all of the 9V-SH batch of A359s have now visited whilst I have been here except 9V-SHN which is not yet in service. Hopefully it might appear before I leave WA on Sunday.
