Next destination was to the Maritime Museum of Finland based at Kotka~Kymenlaakso
Quite a stunning building and if you like Maritime transport, you will not be disappointed. We also noted a train and carriage in the car park area.
Both aircraft had floats attached, thus the reason why they were in a maritime museum
Grant had contacted the museum before our arrival and we were privileged in view of the fact that it does not open until 1000hrs. The guide also gave us information on the exhibits as we took photographs.
Noted between 0940-0955hrs
