Join us for this long weekend tour which sees us taking in the Oldtimer Fliegertreffen, where historic aircraft from all over Europe come together at Hahnweide and celebrate aviation history over three days. The first vintage aircraft meeting took place here in 1981 and over the past 44 years, this event has developed into one of the largest historic aircraft meetings in Europe. The Oldtimer Fliegertreffen last took place in 2019 and the six-year gap means that the long awaited 2025 event will be the 20th edition.

The plan is to meet up at Stuttgart Airport on Thursday evening – you have the option of arriving earlier that day and getting some Eurowings action under your belt. We will spend all day Friday and Saturday enjoying the comings and goings at the Oldtimer Fliegertreffen held at Hahnweide. On the basis that most of the participants will likely have arrived by Saturday, we will probably use Sunday to take in wreck & relics and GA airfields around Stuttgart before taking our evening flight back to the UK. Equally if people prefer to spend the last day at Hahnweide instead, that should be possible too.

Tour cost is £450 which covers flights, three nights accommodation, ground transport & fuel. Flight options are either LHR or MAN. Not included is food or entrance to Oldtimer – tickets can only be purchased on the day.
