We were given a historical tour of the airfield, which was very interesting. The airfield certainly came alive as the Belgians were aware that war was imminent.
The Americans, as well as European allied airmen (Norwegian/Poles etc) used the field in the later stages of the war.

However on this visit, time was against us and we only went inside one of the two round hangars and saw a few which were in the Flying School hangar.

**We were also kindly asked that when we take photographs, that we did not show the registrations. Thus I have erased the registrations from the photograph links.**
