Booker (Private Flyer UK) – Saturday 17th May 2025

Hi all,

I visited the Private Flyer UK event at Booker just before they were closing up for the day and starting to pack up. A kind soul also gave me a couple of minutes between the hangars, from where I spotted a grey Squirrel with seemingly no marks in one of the hangars – it seems that this was the former G-HITJ which has been registered RA-07516, but due to sanctions, remains firmly in the UK – https://reestrinform.ru/reestr-gvs/vozdushnoe-sudno-RA-07516.html

I made no attempt to look at the other residents elsewhere around the airfield, apart from the Heli Air hangar.

  1. Grant. Thanks for a great report. A couple of extras for you (albeit a bit earlier in the day) were:
In the “near” end of the HeliAir hangar were GOSMD, GDMOB, GBOLO.
Between the main hangars were MMANX and GDMON.
