Evening all,
Nothing new was noted at Honolulu this morning before my departure. After 6 days there I came away still needing 7 HAL A321N’s which mainly operate to the other Islands from the US West Coast.
A very full N127AA A321 provided the transport to LAX. The flight actually departed early but because of the strong headwinds we lost quite a bit of time arriving into LAX. As with a lot of flights over the Pacific turbulence was pretty severe at times.
We landed into LAX at 1630 and it was cold and wet and although the rain has stopped it is just 11c at 1900!!!
I am staying in the Embassy Suites LAX South. I have room 583 which is on the top floor directly above reception. Any Room 483 – 486 and 583 – 586 have no trees in front of them so should afford a good view,
I am only going to log airliners of note to me plus all the Biz and Military from now on.
Noted on arrival and then from the Hotel 1630 – 2355 A late night was required for my last ASA B739!
