From here I made the short drive to Orange Coast College. There are a number of frames here in use as test beds and Instructional Airframes. Most are now hidden behind a new wall and new gates to the compound are under construction. Luckily I was able to see what I has come for. Noted at 1235 – 1245

I then joined the Pacific Coast Highway back to LAX. Had the weather been better I had planned to stop off in Manhattan Beach and enjoy some lunch. Instead I arrived back at LAX at 1415 where only the Southern half of the airfield was visible. It has since cleared although still cloudy.
