So after a few hours driving Southeast from Phoenix, we arrived at Tucson where went directly to Davis-Monthan AFB and the adjacent Pima Air Museum. We had booked to go on the coach tour of AMARG that leaves from Pima Air Museum, so that we could get a closer look at what is held within this mighty storage facility. We would overfly AMARG the next day and so the log report will be dated 19th July as that is when we can be sure that we saw it all.

Whilst waiting to board the coach, we managed to read off one A-10 on approach to Davis-Monthan.
